1. Scope

This policy applies to the Moon Palace iOS app (bundle identifier com.xianmate.MoonPalace) provided by Shanghai Xianma Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. The app does not require an account. This policy describes the current app and does not cover our other products.

2. Game data kept on your device

To let you continue playing, the app stores level progress, board marks, scores, lives and tool counts, daily puzzle records, game settings, and session counts used for ad timing on your device. We do not upload these records to our own servers, and the app has no account or cloud leaderboard. You can change settings such as sound in the app. Removing the app and its local data clears these records from the device; copies in device backups are controlled by your backup settings.

3. Ads, consent, and third parties

The app uses Google AdMob for banner, interstitial, and opt-in rewarded ads. It uses Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) to gather advertising privacy choices where required. The app requests ads from Google only when UMP indicates that it may do so.

When serving ads, Google and its advertising partners may process IP addresses, device and app information, applicable device identifiers, ad impressions and interactions, and diagnostic data for ad delivery, measurement, and fraud prevention. The details depend on your region, device settings, and privacy choices. Google may process data outside your region. The current app does not itself present Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) permission request. See the Google Privacy Policy for more information.

Where UMP requires a privacy message, you can make your choice in that message. If a privacy options entry point is required, you can revisit it under Settings → About → Advertising Privacy Options in the app. You can also manage applicable privacy permissions in iOS Settings. Declining personalized ads may still allow non-personalized or limited ads.

4. Retention and your choices

Local game records remain until you clear the app's data or remove the app. Google handles and retains ad-related information under its policies and your privacy choices. We do not maintain our own server account with a searchable personal game history. To ask about, access, correct, or delete information related to this app, or to raise an ad privacy concern, contact us below. You can also use Google's privacy tools for Google account or ad data.

5. Children and this policy page

The app does not ask for age, real name, or contact details and does not create child profiles. A parent or guardian can help a minor manage device and ad privacy settings.

When you visit this policy page, the website server may log request time, IP address, and browser information for security and operations. This page does not load website analytics or advertising scripts.
