隐私政策
1. 适用范围
本政策适用于上海闲码智能科技有限公司提供的哄娃局（ParentMagic）iOS 应用。家长使用应用，孩子无需创建账户。
2. 我们处理的信息
- 账户：您登录时提供的邮箱地址，或 Apple 登录返回的账户标识及您选择提供的姓名；您设置的昵称和我们生成的应用账户 ID。
- 设备与安全：应用生成的安装标识、设备型号、系统版本，以及访问服务时的 IP 地址和必要的操作日志，用于登录、设备管理、故障排查和防滥用。
- 订阅：Apple 提供的商品、交易和订阅状态，用于核对购买与会员权益。我们不接收支付卡号。
- 意见反馈：您主动提交的反馈内容、可选联系邮箱和应用版本，用于处理问题与建议。反馈通常在提交 365 天后清理。
3. 留在设备上的信息
相机只用于现场预览，画面不会上传或保存到我们的服务器。场景使用记录保存在您的设备上，不进行云同步。应用不建立儿童档案，也不上传孩子的照片或录音。
4. 服务提供方
- Apple：提供 Apple 登录、应用分发与应用内购买服务。
- 邮件服务商：发送登录验证码。
- 云服务商：承载账户、会员和反馈功能。
这些服务方仅为提供相应功能处理必要信息。
5. 存储、安全与您的选择
服务端数据存储在中国大陆。我们使用加密传输、访问控制等措施保护信息。您可以在应用的账户页面管理登录设备或注销账户；注销时会删除账户关联资料，法律要求保留的交易记录等信息除外。您也可以通过下方邮箱联系我们，咨询、访问或更正您的信息。

Privacy Policy
1. Scope
This policy applies to the ParentMagic iOS app from Shanghai Xianma Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. Parents use the app; children do not need an account.
2. Information we handle
- Account: The email address you use to sign in, or the account identifier and name you choose to share through Sign in with Apple; your chosen display name and our app account ID.
- Device and security: An app-generated installation ID, device model, OS version, IP address, and necessary service logs for sign-in, device management, troubleshooting, and abuse prevention.
- Subscriptions: Product, transaction, and subscription status from Apple to verify purchases and membership access. We do not receive payment card numbers.
- Feedback: Messages you choose to send, an optional contact email, and the app version so we can respond to issues and suggestions. Feedback is normally removed after 365 days.
3. Information kept on your device
The camera provides a live preview only. Camera images are not uploaded or saved to our servers. Scene history stays on your device and is not synced to the cloud. The app does not create child profiles or upload children’s photos or voice recordings.
4. Service providers
- Apple: Provides sign-in, app distribution, and in-app purchases.
- Email provider: Delivers sign-in codes.
- Cloud provider: Hosts account, membership, and feedback features.
These providers process the information needed for those services.
5. Storage, security, and your choices
Server data is stored in mainland China. We use encrypted connections and access controls to protect it. You can manage signed-in devices or delete your account in the app. Deleting an account removes account-linked information, except records we must retain for legal or transaction purposes. You can also contact us to ask about, access, or correct your information.
