用户协议
1. 软件许可范围
本协议是您与上海闲码智能科技有限公司（以下简称"本公司"）之间关于使用本公司出品的软件产品（以下简称"本软件"）的法律协议。本公司授予您一项非排他性、不可转让的个人许可，允许您在合法范围内安装、使用本软件。
许可范围包括：在个人设备上安装和使用本软件；访问本软件提供的服务与功能。您不得对本软件进行反向工程、反编译、反汇编或以其他方式试图获取源代码。
2. 知识产权
本软件及其所有相关内容，包括但不限于代码、图标、音频、视觉素材、界面设计、文案、商标等，均归上海闲码智能科技有限公司所有，受《中华人民共和国著作权法》、《商标法》及相关国际条约保护。
未经本公司书面许可，您不得以任何形式复制、修改、传播、出售或租赁本软件的任何部分。否则，本公司保留追究法律责任的权利。
3. 用户行为规范
您在使用本软件时应当遵守国家法律法规，不得：
- 利用本软件从事违法、违规或危害国家安全的活动；
- 使用外挂、作弊程序、机器人脚本或其他非正当手段干扰软件正常运行；
- 发布虚假信息、骚扰他人、传播恶意软件或从事网络攻击；
- 滥用软件漏洞以获取不当利益，一经发现，本公司有权封停账号并追偿损失。
4. 免责声明
本软件按"现状"提供，本公司不提供任何明示或暗示的保证，包括但不限于适销性、特定用途适用性及不侵权保证。在法律允许的最大范围内，本公司不对因使用或无法使用本软件所导致的任何直接、间接、附带或后果性损失承担责任。
本公司保留随时修改、暂停或终止服务的权利，恕不另行通知。因不可抗力（包括但不限于网络故障、黑客攻击、政府行为等）导致的服务中断，本公司不承担责任。
5. 终止条款
如果您违反本协议中的任何条款，本公司有权立即终止本许可并封停您的账号。协议终止后，您必须停止使用本软件并删除所有副本。
本公司可依据运营需要提前三十日通知终止服务，终止后您将无法访问相关数据。建议您定期备份重要数据。
6. 法律适用与争议解决
本协议的订立、执行和解释均适用中华人民共和国法律。因本协议引起的或与之相关的争议，双方应首先友好协商解决；协商不成的，任何一方可将争议提交至本公司所在地有管辖权的人民法院诉讼解决。
Terms of Use
1. Software License Scope
This agreement is a legal contract between you and Shanghai Xianma Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. ("the Company") regarding the use of software products published by the Company ("the Software"). The Company grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable personal license to install and use the Software within the scope of the law.
The license covers: installing and using the Software on personal devices; accessing services and features provided by the Software. You shall not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code.
2. Intellectual Property
The Software and all related content, including but not limited to code, icons, audio, visual assets, interface design, copy, and trademarks, are owned by Shanghai Xianma Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. and protected by copyright, trademark, and international treaty laws.
Without prior written consent, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Software. The Company reserves the right to pursue legal action against any violation.
3. User Conduct
You must comply with all applicable laws when using the Software. You shall not:
- Engage in illegal activities or threaten national security through the Software;
- Use cheats, bots, scripts, or other unfair means to disrupt normal operation;
- Post false information, harass others, distribute malware, or conduct cyber attacks;
- Exploit software bugs for unfair advantage — violators will have their accounts suspended and may be held liable for damages.
4. Disclaimer
The Software is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Software.
The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate services at any time without prior notice. The Company is not responsible for service interruptions caused by force majeure (including but not limited to network failures, cyber attacks, or government actions).
5. Termination
If you violate any terms of this agreement, the Company may immediately terminate this license and suspend your account. Upon termination, you must cease using the Software and delete all copies.
The Company may terminate the service with 30 days' notice based on operational needs. After termination, you will lose access to your data. We recommend regularly backing up important data.
6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
This agreement is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party may submit the dispute to the competent People's Court in the Company's domicile.
